Class Schedule
- 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m – Class
- 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m – Lunch Break
- 2.00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m – Class

- 8:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m
- 2:00 p.m. to 4:45 p.m
- Sunday – Holiday
Arrival & Assembly
- The institute day begins with a assembly at 9:00 a.m.
- Attendance at the institute assembly and prayer is compulsory. Students must be present unless prior permission is granted.
- After the first bell, all students are expected to gather in the assembly area. No student should roam around the campus or remain in the classroom. If a student is unwell or unable to attend, prior permission must be obtained from the staff to remain in the classroom.
- All students are expected to join the common prayer during the assembly and participate reverently.
- Students are not permitted to use two-wheelers or any other form of conveyance to go to other areas of the campus without prior permission. Rash driving within the campus will result in disciplinary action.
Class Hours
- Each working day consists of 7 hours unless otherwise communicated.
- Students are expected to arrive on time for every lecture.
- Latecomers will not be allowed into the lecture hall without a late slip, which can only be obtained from authorized personnel. Depending on the time, the late slip may be refused.
- Strict discipline and order must be maintained in the lecture hall.
- When a instructor or any other authorized person enters the classroom, all students must stand in silence and remain standing until instructed to sit.
- Students are responsible for the care and proper use of the furniture and equipment within the lecture halls.
- Class rooms are designated for academic activities only. Any use of the class room for other purposes must have prior official permission to be obtained.
- Improper uniform or any form of indiscipline within the class room will not be tolerated. Students engaging in such behavior will be asked to leave the class room and will forfeit attendance for that particular session.
- Students must seek the Instructor’s permission to enter or leave the lecture hall during the class. In cases of sickness or emergency, students may leave with the Instructor’s consent. The granting or refusal of permission will be at the discretion of the lecturer.
- Students are required to bring the prescribed textbooks, notebooks, and other materials as instructed by the class teacher or subject staff. Failure to do so may result in the student being asked to leave the class room.
Uniforms and Prescribed Attire
- Students must attend classes in the prescribed uniform, as set by the management.
- The prescribed uniform and dress code are determined solely by the management. Any alterations or exceptions must be approved by authorized personnel.
