Remittance of all types of institute fees will have to be made only to institute accounts using online mode or at the college office. The institute consciously avoids cash transactions. The institute does not allow the involvement of brokers and third party. The institute will not be responsible for any payments made in an unauthorized manner.
Receipts are issued for all the payments made in the institute. Those receipts would be required for further reference. Hence, the students and parents are asked to preserve them. A student who drops out of the course of study should have paid the fees for that year.
Tuition fee can be paid in two installments. Once at the start of the year and the other at the middle of the year. The last date for payment of two installments of tuition fee is fixed by the management.
Attendance is taken for every hour.
Students who fail to obtain 80% of attendance in a semester will be debarred from appearing the exam. The debarred student will have to get admitted again for the same semester in the next academic year. Students absenting themselves for more than 5 days on medical grounds will have to submit the medical certificate along with the leave letter to the staff in charge. Attendance is compulsory both on the reopening and closing days of every semester.
